Attorney Profiles: Associates

Ashley N. Rocque received her Juris Doctor degree from St. John’s University School of Law. While in law school, Ms. Rocque served as a student attorney in the Domestic Violence and Prosecution Clinics, which allowed her to gain invaluable litigation experience representing survivors of domestic violence and prosecuting individuals accused of criminal acts.

Ms. Rocque joined the firm in 2022 as an associate and her practice concentrates on the defense of individual physicians, hospitals, and nursing homes against a variety of medical malpractice claims, which she works on from inception to conclusion. Prior to joining the firm, she served as an Assistant District Attorney in New York State where she handled multifaceted criminal prosecutions.
